Managing & Co-ordinatting

With life’s busy schedule planning an event such as a wedding for some can be a daunting and overwhelming experience, feeling more like a task, not knowing how to get started, which venue, creating a budget or invitations the list goes on. We have put together several packages which are designed to give guidance and to assist you with any requirements you may have in creating your dream day become a reality.

All Inclusive Co-ordination

This package includes every little detail from start to finish. All aspects of your special event are covered helping you to choose the venue, caterers, bands and entertainment through to the lighting and flowers. Every little detail is of a high priority and is refined right down to the napkins! A Hetty Fleur Designs Co-ordinator is available for how many hours required on the day to blend softly into the background discreetly over-seeing & making sure all is running smoothly. We can take on any size of event either it be a weekend in Italy or a Castle in Scotland you can be assured that we will take on all the arrangements of transport for your guests, accommodation and any assistance needed throughout the whole duration.

Event Co-ordination

You’ve managed to plan the wedding or event of your dreams and all that matters now is that all your organising comes together. At this point we step in and take over all the final details, timings and last minute preparations of transport, photographers and entertainment making sure the flowers arrive and to eliminate any little hick up or delays on the day. Having a Co-ordinator at hand also assisting with any of your guests’ requirements making sure they are looked after throughout the day or weekend.

Individual Co-ordination

This service gives you the chance to take full advantage of our contacts in the industry. We can give you details of our suppliers which are established companies that come highly recommended and people that we have got to know through our travels as event planners. Our first free consultation gives us a chance to see what you have in mind, your budget and then we give you the three contacts of each suppliers we think suit you best either it be photographers, caters and bands etc.

The Event

Hetty Fleur Designs are committed to provide you with our expertise from the 1st consultation through to the day of the event. We add a personal touch to all our events, Weddings, Anniversaries, Bridal Showers, Christenings, Hen and Stag Nights or Weekends, Private Parties and Funeral Services, planning and taking on the whole event or just being at hand when needed.

Most of our clients seem to prefer the one-to-one approach in the comfort of their home when having to choose sympathy flowers and the funeral of their choice at their own pace. Some people do not have the privilege or support of family members so we have a unique service that takes away all the pressure and we can organize the whole day. We understand that it is a personal and a very sensitive time for the individual & family so it’s good to know that all arrangements, phone calls, venues, catering, transport and timings are in hand and confirmed.
